fOS :: BUILD · Monthly membership · Weekly JAM · 3-month minimum

You know what you want built. Join fOS::BUILD then do it.

Founder OS is a 50+-skill AI operating system you install in week one, with a weekly JAM session where Kent deploys it across your business on screen. If you can write an email, you can run fOS.

What founders say
"I thought I knew AI, then realized I knew nothing. Every tool we discovered has saved me hours. Efficiency tenfold." Katherine Warner · Diginauts Agency
"Clarified generative AI, helped me pick the right tools, taught me to build agents for my workflow." Bill Johnston · Structure 3C
"Teaching style, interactivity, knowledge, three layers of excellence. Kent's depth is obvious." Reyner Nefdt · Diginauts Agency

She showed up with twenty years of strategic-coach DNA. fOS gave her back the twenty-seven-person team behind her.

What typically runs as a quarter-long consulting engagement ran in a week. Catherine didn't just use fOS, she absorbed it.

Case study · Catherine · Fintech operator, Strategic Coach alumna

"This is freedom. It really is Unique Ability now."

Catherine arrived at Founder OS with twenty years of strategic-coach DNA and fifteen years building a category of capital intelligence most founders don't know exists. The expertise was deep. The execution leverage was thin.

Without a distribution engine fast enough to catch up with the market, her category risked staying invisible while louder functions elsewhere captured the mindshare.

Eight calendar days later, two fOS::BUILD sessions, one fOS::JAM, Catherine was preparing to roll a named three-month content engine ("KIS") to her team. In that window she installed two Claude runtimes, ran parallel experiments comparing Claude alone to Claude plus Founder OS, absorbed the stack, drafted the KIS plan, and moved it into active projects.

"Founder OS is the best teammate I ever had."

At Strategic Coach, Catherine had a twenty-seven-person internal team behind her, developers, designers, writers, marketers. When her fintech operations moved from a funded African launch to a lean US rebuild, that team disappeared. She took on every role she was not supposed to be doing: office manager, IT, cleaner. Founder OS plus Claude hands the leverage back.

Sam · Farm-owner mastermind operator

"It did a really good job with very limited information of pegging what we're doing well and where the gaps are."

His go-to-market had silently filtered out the top of his own addressable market, repelling the larger operators who could pay five to fifteen times his current mastermind price.

A single 90/9/1 run on day two, with no preloaded org context, surfaced a premium tier in the $50K to $150K per account range and auto-chained into moats, octalysis, money models, and revenue. What usually runs as a multi-week strategy engagement landed as a decision in five minutes.

Rod · Workshop-led coaching founder

"We just came off the worst quarter in five years of our history because I made a plan without a strategy."

Rod walked in off the worst quarter in five years, running on what he later named as a plan without a strategy. The marketing agency, the sales team structure, the setter script: all calibrated to execution with no live answer to where to play and how to win.

In one Session 2 run, Founder OS ingested multi-period KPI scorecards, applied Playing to Win, and chained into a 30-day week-by-week operating plan, an updated setter script, and a refreshed brand guide. Rod left with a new sales hire underway and a new agency brief in motion.

David · Berkeley Nucleonics, nuclear instruments CEO

"We had this weekly limp report that was nothing, and now we're getting a daily summary of what everybody's up to."

Berkeley Nucleonics had a weekly sales report that told leadership almost nothing. Dormant champions, lapsing warranties, degrading CRM data: all invisible. David connected Founder OS to Nutshell and Gmail via MCP, built three daily briefings, and ran one query that surfaced a named list of neglected champions.

Within 48 hours he upgraded to fOS::DIRECT and enrolled his team in fOS::BUILD for additional support and fast capability building. By day eight, three team members were independently shipping: warranty reactivation drafting 65 emails, Apollo plus Nutshell enrichment, CRM hygiene across thousands of records, and journal-based competitor intelligence.

Jack · Humanly, B2B content owner

"After he gave me those skills, it was just instant posts. And it knew the tone and structure just perfectly."

Humanly's content was slow enough to be permanent, not slow enough to be a fire. Jack owned output and spent his week negotiating tone back into ChatGPT drafts. Instead of installing the full 58-skill library, Kent deployed a scoped four-skill pack with Humanly's ICP, positioning, and voice embedded into the org-structure layer.

Time-to-post collapsed to instant. Brand fidelity became automatic rather than negotiated. The install is now the reference implementation for scoped skill packs as a deployment pattern.

Magaly · Architect, practice owner

"52 hours returned. Not someday. That day."

She had a 160-hour concept design phase ahead of her. Four weeks of work. One morning was enough to restructure the workflow and hand back 52 of those hours, 32.5% of the project, before lunch.

The stack was Claude Cowork with custom skills built for her practice, layered with Claude Code, Gemini, and NotebookLM where each tool fit best. The architecture was not about any single AI. It was about orchestration. She stopped being the bottleneck. The system now runs whether she is in the room or not. That is leverage. That is enterprise value.

Greg · Kangaroo Island Wool, portfolio operator

"Using Claude from the command line was simple, and it certainly was able to go through and pick the resources it needed."

Greg did not point Founder OS at his primary business. He pointed it at a side project. Kangaroo Island Wool is a shareholder-owned mill tracking $800K AUD this year and past a million next, with twenty-three shareholders and zero day-to-day founder involvement.

Eight days into the program, Greg had three strategic assets on his desk: a formal company context markdown, a Bloch moats analysis, and a Hormozi 90/9/1 positioning pass. He did not pick the frameworks. He described the business, asked for analyses, and the skills graph routed itself. All at the command line, self-directed.

Type one question. Watch the right skills find you.

The terminal at the top of this page is the same engine you install on day one. Skills trigger, chain, and return personalized guidance.

01

Triggers automatically

Work on a pricing decision and the system chains through revenue, margins, positioning, and capacity. The right skills surface without you looking.

02

Personalizes to your business

Team structure, tech stack, industry, pricing model. Your org-config makes every recommendation specific to you. Not generic advice.

03

Compounds over time

Add your own materials to the knowledge graph. Six months in, fOS is more valuable than day one, because it's learned your business.

You did the hard part. Now do the smart part.

You built a real business. Revenue, customers, a team that works. You don't need more people, you need a different operating layer. That's the Founder's Paradox: the strengths that built the business become the constraints limiting it. Founder OS installs the layer.

01 · Software you keep forever

Covers every domain your business touches: capacity, operations, AI leverage, revenue, marketing, finance, people, delivery. Personalizes to your business. When you sit down to write a proposal or rethink pricing, the right context finds you.

You've already built the business. This installs the systems to match it.

Love your business or sell it. Never be trapped. No call required, just an email.

Kent Langley.

Sixteen years building machine learning, data operations, and AI systems since 2010. Dozens of business scenarios, from Coca-Cola, Dell, and Autodesk to OpenExO, Asimetrix, Cartedo, and early-stage companies. Faculty at Singularity University since 2013, teaching AI and data science.

Pair that with thirty-plus years building businesses and one Silicon Valley exit. The combination is rare on purpose. This is the moment AI actually meets the operator, and the operator who has been working with AI for sixteen years is the one who knows what to do with it.

He built Founder OS as actual software, not a course. 50+ skills that give your small team the output of one three times its size. He runs this program himself. No junior coaches. No outsourced facilitation.
